Build brand awareness for Plumbing Plus & send trade web traffic to their store locator page.

 

The Challenge.

As the second largest plumbing group in the country, Plumbing Plus have earned their stripes as leaders in their field. Not only do each of their 320+ Plumbing Plus branded stores house top brands at competitive prices, but their team are specialists are trade qualified.

Our challenge was to elevate the Plumbing Plus brand, market position and digital presence as despite their reputation their online presence was poor and virtually non-existent.

The Strategy.

What distinguishes Plumbing Plus from their competitors is their commitment to service. This insight became the basis of our creative where our goal was to add value to members by sending web traffic to their store locator page and retail stores. 

The Solution.

Creating the taglines “that’s a plus” and “a better way to trade” clearly ties in with their name but also embodies their mantra of going the extra mile by adding a ‘plus’ in everything they do. This became the focus of our digital campaigns where we developed organic and paid social that highlighted the their value. We also created quality photography and videography that captured the essence of the brand.
