BUTCHER & VINE are a Melbourne premium steak restaurant launched across two key Melbourne locations in 2020.

Goal.

Creating buzz, brand recognition and ‘bums on seats’ around two premium new restaurants via social media.

The Challenge.

Opening any restaurant during a pandemic was always going to be challenging. Consumers were understandably reluctant to venture out and frequent lockdowns hindered progress. Our goal was generating awareness of both new restaurants while bringing their philosophy of clean, honest, un-fussy food to life on social so that when people were eager (and able!) to dine out, Butcher & Vine was first of mind.

The Strategy.

As a brand new restaurant we had a clean pallet (pardon the obvious pun) when developing the brand and social strategy. Working from the ground up with sister agency Halo Advertising to develop a striking logo, creative and website, we created a strong brand identity where the design flowed seamlessly into our social media strategy, which was geared to highlight premium products and dinging experience.

The Solution.

We developed inspiring content to help successfully launch the brand and build a loyal following of consumers. Incorporating organic and paid advertising, we set Butcher & Vine up for well-deserved success and we’re immensely proud to be involved in the launch of this new restaurant (not to mention we’re now steak and wine connoisseurs!).

“Media Sociale gave us the exposure we needed to launch our business during challenging times.

Not only did they take care of all our social media needs but they created a brand identity that is uniquely us, arranged photography, managed our website plus set up and managed our Google My Business. They’d even eat at our restaurants!

Most of all, their support of our business meant the world – the team lived and breathed our brand almost as much as us!”
